What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy involves an initial physical assessment and diagnosis of your specific problem, followed by employing a variety of techniques to assist your return to full function. This includes empowering you to prevent reoccurrence of your problem.
What do we treat?
– Musculo-skeletal and Orthopaedic Conditions:
- Back pain and Stiffness
- Sciatica
- Neck pain
- Trapped nerves
- Headaches
- Whiplash
- Arthritis
- Sports injuries
- Knee problems
- Shoulder problems
- Repetitive strain injury/work related injury
- Postural dysfunction
- All other joint, muscle, tendon, ligament and nerve injuries
- Post -operative rehabilitation
– Some neurological conditions including Parkinson’s Disease
– And other problems, such as:
- Stress management and stress related conditions
- Help with stopping smoking
